Regional factors are applied based on the area where the building is to be constructed within the state. It simply means that the cost to build and/or renovate in our area is less than when compared to other areas of the state.

Cost Factor = Total Cost x Cost Factor %
Total Cost to Renovate = $4,849,923.35 x 99.30% = $4,815,973.89
